World Plenary Study Guide and Songbook Published

29 May 2024

The latest World Plenary Study Guide and Songbook have been published, in English, Spanish and KiSwahili.

The study guide comprises an introduction to the themes of the World Plenary followed by a series of queries, then some fruits of contemplation by Friends on these.

The songbook brings together  hymns and worship songs known across the FWCC Sections, which each in different ways reflect Quaker insights.

The list also includes a new song, Ubuntu, offered to FWCC  by composer Johanna McBride, and a new song, Hill of Vision, to mark the 400th birthday of George Fox.

Physical copies are available for free/postage and packing from the Quaker Bookshop. You can also read them on the FWCC website resources page.

A playlist of tunes in the songbook is available on the FWCC Youtube channel.
