Online Worship

Find an Online Worship

During the coronavirus epidemic many Churches, Meeting Houses and Worship Groups around the world have closed their buildings. This is due to respecting many social distancing guidelines in order to reduce the spread of the virus.

However, even though the buildings Quakers worship in are closed, many Quaker meetings around the world have taken their worship or services online.

At FWCC we collecting the times, and links for the services online. You can find it on our website at: http://fwcc.world/kinds-of-friends/online-worship.

Many of the online worship groups are choosing to use a platform called Zoom to facilitate the online worship.

Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool. You can use it on your desktop or mobile app that allows users to meet online, with or without video. There are many other features such as screen sharing, chat features, and break out rooms.

If you would like to join a Zoom meeting, but do not have good internet access, you will also be able to dial in using your phone line. Contact the Clerk or Meeting organiser for the correct information to do so.
